Paperless TGA Suite

Software designed specifically for Indian casinos to provide proven linear solutions focusing on TGA surveillance, inspection, licensing, and investigations.  Egghart Consulting's TGA services module was built on the Microsoft .NET platform with a SQL database.  It aims to simplify and accurately maintain TGA processes paperlessly.

Tasks panel combines daily outlook appointments with TGA system-created actionable items.

Licensing Module

License new employees efficiently without all the paperwork. The TGA licensing module simplifies and organizes the process of managing new personnel and their data. This sensitive information is kept securely within an encrypted database, accessible only by assigned license technicians.

Navigate assigned licensees using keyword searching and advanced sorting.
Each step of the licensing process is organized into a collection of line items.
The system automatically notifies supervisors and directors for approval items pertaining to them.
All personnel information is filed with the licensee for quick access.

Slot Analytics

Our new analytics software pulls in gaming system reports and stores them into a master database. The product then allows you to run reports across any selectable time-span as well as plot the data graphically. In addition, slot analytics provides the capability to filter reports on denomination, game theme, manufacturer or any other field in the database. The product can be set up to highlight and/or alert you based on specified triggers. The last key feature we provide is a graphical representation of the gaming floor simplifying gaming machine selection and reporting.
